[Resolved] Nokia India — bad service regarding defect in Lumia 630 | |
I nought a Nokia Lumia 630 on 16th october, 2014. i found that there was a defect in the display of the phone. so i took that phone to the Nokia Care on 18th October, 2014 to the Serampore Nokia Care, District- Hooghly, West Bengal. They told me that phone will be replaced as it had been only 2 days. They asked me to take that phone to the retailer and they will replace the phone within 3 days. But it has been more than 2 weeks and till now i have not received my phone back. the Nokia care here is not answering any thing and the retailer is only giving dates.
