Nokia India — Battery does not long more than 4 hours

I have purchased a nokia mobile 206 for rs.3600/-- from nokia solutions/ balaji mobiles, shri ram tower, ashok marg, lucknow (U.P.) on 22.09.2013.

The above mobile set is not working properly since first day. After a miss call or when i make a call the signal disappears and signals comes after when i switch off it and then switch on it, after that for 2 minutes the screen becomes black after some times it starts working.

When i send sms after 2 or 3 sms, it is in pending stage and then it sends only when i switch off it then switch on it.
Battery also does not long more than 4 hours.
