Nokia India — careless service | |||||
I've submitted a Nokia 5 (Customer name- Somnath Sarkar) at Anand International on 21.05.2018 with backlight brightness problem. After 4 days, on 25.05.2018, I have been informed that the the upper portion of the LCD is damaged. I have found the LCD is not set properly, but the phone condition is found fine on the same day. In that time they did not informed me about any other damages of the phone.On the very next day I again have carried the phone, they have tried to prove that there is a scratch in the LCD with the microscope, but I could not see/ understand the scratch. Then they have assured me to send the phone for approval again and they have given me the job sheet too. But till today, 29.05.2018 still I have not get any call of approving. Now, it's my demand to set my phone properly with the better and perfect condition urgently. Thanking You, Customer name:- Somnath Sarkar. Was this information helpful? | |||||
