I am appalled by the attitude of some of your service centres in mumbai and also the product, for the charging port is the worst quality i have even seen in my life for 6.1 plus. It has been repaired locally twice within the span of 4 months and once again it is not working now..
Not sure if there was any real r&d done in true sense before launching this product by the company or is it launched hurriedly by some vested interest members within the company for quick publicity.
The pathetic state of affair is (A) the part is not readily available with your service centres (B) the delivery of repaired hand set take more than 2 weeks as informed within the market.
I am sure your parent company wouldn't be aware of these problems faced by us in india. As i can see your handset designs are done from finland and manufacturing of parts from china. Does this mean nokia india did not check the quality before importing the same from china for nokia 6.1 plus..?
Anyways to cut this short, i shall escalate this issue to hmd global to have their comments on the issues faced by indian customers vis a vis nokia 6.1 plus Was this information helpful? |
