Nokia India — charging port issue with nokia 6.1 plus and worst customer service policies

I am a customer of nokia 6.1 plus. I am facing issues with my charging port and when i visited the service centre they ask me to submit my phone for at least 15 days as i cannot submit my phone because my work depends on it i demanded for a spare phone but they denied my request and when i asked him to order a spare part by noting down my required details they denied again as according to their policies i need to submit my phone.
These are the first customer service policies i have ever seen and i request to those who read this that either improve your customer service policies or you will be losing the customers.
To the people who are reading this question i recommend not to buy nokia as nobody is sitting there for the breakdown of your phone.
