Nokia India — complaint about mobile

I bought my mobile from a registered shop on 11th dec., when i bought such a new and fresh mobile, but today i looked carefully, i felt that i have my renewed mobile and not the fresh. While i paid amount for fresh mobile. That's why i want to check, how can i check my mobile is fresh or renewed

If they sold me renewed device then i want to complained against that shop owner and i want justice

And mobile's display blinking some times automatically

Finger print sensor also not working properly

And hanging problem is more while i never use more app and games

I thought shop owner bought this renewed device online
and sold me as a fresh device

If this device is renewed then u should take action against that shop and should be provided me a fresh device
