Nokia India — complaint against employee | |||
Hlooo.. Am from kotkapura dist. Faridkot punjab... Am using nokia 6.. My phon receiver was not working properly.. I gave it for repair in faridkot care centre.. An employee named vicky was handling my case.. He promised me to return my phone after 3 days.. N thn after 3 days.. I call him.. He always delayed n many of times he didnt pick my call.. He treated me rudely.. Thn i personly went to care centre.. N i saw him ignoring my call.. Thn i talked to his boss... N he made excuses.. I was infomed to get phone after 3 days.. But due to this irresponsible emloyee.. I got my phone after 10 days... Please take action against him... N please give me feedback about this case Mobile no.
