Nokia India — complaint against nokia service center

I have deposited my nokia mobile which is under guarantee to the service center of kanpur on 15 october 2019 and they told me that they will give me my mobile in 10 days but today is 29 october, they are giving me excuses that company is not giving them things which is required in it.
