Nokia India — Complaint not resolved

Date of incident : 20/05/15 Client number : [protected] Desscription : My mobile had a problem with touch screen And I went to NOkia service center . They received my phone and said we wont be able to resolve this so, we are sending to the delhi Customer center . I did not receive any update on this till 5/6/15. After a long delay and after the warranty period completed.They replied saying we wont be able to do anything. 'Come and get your mobile back' And they suggested saying 'give you mobile and pay 70% of money and get new phone'. This answers are very dis appointment to us.
