Customer name - Vinod Mishra MODEL - LUMIA 535 IMEI No. - [protected] I bought a new phone lumia 535 from Nokia care center, sec.-14, Gurgaon in the evening at 4 p.m. on 10.01.15 and at 9 p.m. phone's sound and display was disappeared.It was just vibrating.On 11.01.15, when I went to Nokia care center for complaint of this phone and I told that this phone started showing problems within 5 hours.The manager told me to come on next day for collecting DOA and but on next day just a photocopy of bill was handover to me and I was said to ask for details of phone after 3-4 days.
