Nokia India — customer care officer | |
Sir I am a customer of nokia 6.1 plus. I am facing issues with my charging port and when i visited the service centre they ask me to submit my phone for at least 15 days as i cannot submit my phone because my work depends on it i demanded for a spare phone but they denied my request and when i asked him to order a spare part by noting down my required details they denied again as according to their policies i need to submit my phone. These are the first customer service policies i have ever seen and i request to those who read this that either improve your customer service policies or you will be losing the customers. To the people who are reading this question i recommend not to buy nokia as nobody is sitting there for the breakdown of your phone. Was this information helpful? | |

I am facing the problem with my 4 months old device of Nokia 6.1 Plus of Charging Slot. The charging Pin became loose and not able to properly connect with the charger. Never expected hardware problem with Nokia device.
