[Resolved]  Nokia India — Defective Nokia Phone 107 , Require replacement or either repair

I had purchased Nokia 107 mobile phone from Uttam mobiles in chinchwad, Pune in May, 2014. I have the Invoice from the store reflecting all the details. Unfortunate the phone stopped working and reported the issue to Uttam Mobiles (Store). As per Uttam mobiles advice I was asked to visit the service center. After visiting the service center they declared this mobile is in warranty, however it cannot be repaired but it can be replaced. They asked me to visit the store again for replacement. I had submitted my phone in the store assuming that the phone would be replaced, however the store owner declined that phone cannot be replaced not repaired. Later I had logged a complaint with Nokia care but they are of opinion that phone cannot be replaced. Currently the Phone is not functioning. The phone should be either replaced or repaired by the Nokia team. I need to have solution to this issue either repair or replacement. Also the Nokia care center people haven’t properly investigate my issue and they declaring the phone cannot be replaced. Contact : Roshan Jain M: [protected]
