Nokia India — delay and irresponsible service for mobile

I bought a new NOKIA 6.1 PLUS on 30.08.2018 through flipkart. After a month the display had a problem and the service provider assured me to give a replacement within 10 days. 3.10.2018 was the date I gave my mobile to the service care provider but till date I didn't received my mobile and the customer service is very worst to the core. Job sheet number:[protected]/181003/004. Response from the customer care provider is very poor and irrelevant. They are not at all giving respect and also no proper information about the phone. I was seriously worried about my phone. Till now I didn't get any update regarding my phone. I really get hurt and got mental stress illness due to this issue. Without mobile I can't even do my daily work and my workplace is totally depend upon mobile, my senior officers are scolding me like anything. Being a middle class person I can't afford to buy another mobile. So either i need my mobile to be returned in good condition orelse I need compensation for the loss.
