Nokia India — Delay in repair and return of broken touch screen of Lumia 530

Sir I have submitted my broken touch screen Nokia Lumia 530 phone on 11th April 2015 to Nokia Care Barrackpore (SYSCOMP INFOTECH (P) LTD 4/6 SN Banerjee Road, Barrackpore, Phone number:[protected] for replacement of the PDA and touch screen costing Rs 3800/-. The serial number is 11770 and the job sheet number is[protected]. They are reluctant in replacing the broken parts and did not show any initiative for the immediate repair. I am a Professor o[censored]niversity of Calcutta, West Bengal and have lot of contacts and need the phone at the earliest. But even on 26th April they informed that the parts has not yet been arrived.
