[Resolved] Nokia India — Delay in Repair / No replacement of Lumia 720 under warranty | |||
I had submitted my Lumia 720 phone on 20th September, 2014 and the delivery date was on 3rd October. I haven't received any updates from the Nokia care centre who keep on telling that I will be getting the phone in a week. The process is not transparent and when asked on confirming a final date of delivery, the manager is reluctant to commit. This certainly reflects poorly on Nokia and its customer care facilities. Please respond professionally and at the earliest as I am facing enormous problems. Was this information helpful? | |||
