Nokia India — delay in service | |||
A nokia handset 6.1 was purchased by me from rahul communication mandi on 20/04/2018. On inserting the sims the set was not working and i contacted nokia care centre mandi. They told that there is a problem in mother board, pin is broken and only one sim can work. The mother board required to be replaced but despite my telephonic requests and personal visits as well they are not providing service even after the lapse of two months. Yesterday on my visit again they show me a estimate of rs.8038/- whereas the set is purchased only two months back and is with in warranty period. It shows highly deficiency in services. I am facing too much inconvenience since the date of purchase. So please take remedial steps and instruct the nokia care centre mandi h. P. To do the needful immediately without changing any cost as the handset is with in warranty period otherwise i have no option but to knock the door of law. Was this information helpful? | |||
