Nokia India — delivery of phone | |||
Respected Sir, I had given my nokia handset 101 for repairing at Nokia Care on 8 july, 2014. I was called on 10 july for the delivery of the repaired mobile. Then instead of my problem being solved, it increased more. Now the cell got permanently switched off which earlier was switching off only sometimes. I again visited the store for my problem to be solved. My cell was again submitted and called again after 2-3 days. When I went again, then yet the problem was not solved and i was told that I will get a new cellphone from the company and then they called me after a week. When again I had gone after a week, they gave me a second hand phone and said that its a new phone. And that was also faulty and the keypad was not working properly. They again now called me after 2 days to give another phone as a service phone. Till now, I have not got my cell phone. And have got irritated since they have called me for 7 times but yet my problem is not solved. Whenever I visit the store they give me some execuse and call me later. Please solve my Problem.
