I bought a new Nokia Lumai 930 mobile phone for Rs. 38, 000 from genuine Nokia showroom on 31/01/2015. After using it for a month the phone encountered 2 problems. Thinking of the problem being temporary i used the phone for another 2 months. I returned to the Nokia Care center to get the problem resolved. Technicians suggested that the problem being a hardware issue they have to send the phone to factory and will take about 10-15 working days. I left the phone with them. I received a call from the care center after 15 days stating that the phone have been repaired and can be received. The next day i went to care center to receive my mobile phone and found that one of the problem have been rectified but the second one still persists. The technicians again told me the same that there is a hardware problem and the phone will again go to factory to get the problem resolved and will again take 10-15 working days. The phone i bought was the top model of Nokia and none other phone was as expensive as the Nokia Lumia 930. I paid 38, 000 for that phone and in the very beginning it encountered hardware problem twice. I am still paying the EMI for this phone. They are taking a whole month to get the phone repaired. God knows why Nokia uses the tag line "Connecting People". I was a big fan of Nokia phones and had a blind faith in it but this instance broke all my belief in it. Sorry to say this but its true. From past 10 years i have bought about 4-5 phones all belongs to Nokia but now this was the last one. If you can help me then get the phone re-placed instead getting the same phone repaired.
