Nokia India — facing problems with my nokia 6.1 plus phone

I started facing charging problems on my nokia 6.1 plus phone within 6 months of buying the phone. Got worst experience.
I submitted my phone to the care centre at hadapsar, pune branch on 20th april but still have'nt got my phone back. I got a call from the care centre couple of days back saying it cannot be repaired and they would need to send the phone to the company and they would replace the phone. However i did not hear back anything from them. I have been without a phone for around 12 days now. I asked them for a refund instead as i don't trust the phone's quality now as one of my friend also faced the same charging problem. I would either like to get a refund or some better model phone now.

Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is the worst experience that I got.
I still have'nt received my phone.
My phone is still with Nokia care centre at Hadapsar.
It has been more than 20days that I'm without a phone.
