Nokia India — faults in nokia 5.1 set, negligence of my continuous complaints for about a month | |||
Hi, i am abhilasha from paonta sahib, h. P. I purchased nokia 5.1 on nov 2nd, 2018, it had working fine since last month, (Sept, 2019) the phone's speaker stopped working. Since the phone is still in warranty, i gave my phone to service centre, yamunanagar. Its been a month today, i havent got my phone back yet. The people working in the company are giving me crap like, we are changing flex, we re doing the software, but i dont think they have done any repairment. I am fed up with the lies and i am asking for a new phone. I, write to file a complaint against your company poor services and ignorance. Being a reputed brand, i trusted and purchased from this company, but now i surely wont recommend it further to anyone. Also, i need you to see the problem and get me a new phone.
