I had bought a mobile set nokia 6.1 ds (4gb) set no-[protected] from anandamela parcus road purba burdwan, wb, 713101 (Gstn/uin no - 19afapc6910j1zm). Invoice number being - pr/gst/3252 dated 12.06.2018.
After one and a half month the mobile was not getting charged thereby draining out. I have submitted the handset to the nokia customer service center at burdwan (Rajnandini telecom, muchipara, g. T. Burdwan-contact no-[protected]) on 11.08.2018 and have also escalated the issue to nokia head office. Till date they have not been able to mend my hand set. Nokia being a reputed company such faulty manufacturing of product is not expected. I am loosing my confidence on the support team here at burdwan since till date they are not in a position to mend the mobile. Under such circumstance i request the company to replace the mobile or else refund me back my invested amount so that i can buy a new hand set of any other company. Was this information helpful? |
