Nokia India — faulty nokia 8 handset | |||
I have purchased nokia 8 on 18/11/2017 but screen was faulty, in just 3 month o[censored]se half screen became white. Service centre repairs on 20/03/2018 at patna centre. But screen was again faulty in just 2 month o[censored]se again half screen became white. I again submitted it to service centre on 19/06/2018 still they have not repaired it. They want again 20 day to repair. Service centre has not provided us other handset to use during the service period. I am facing too much of problem due to this. I am suffering mental harrasment and financial loss due to it. This handset is causing problems since purchase of handset. I want this faulty handset to be replaced as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
