Dear nokia care
On 5 jan 2015 i purchase nokia 255 online by snapdeel with invoìce number 44eab8/14-15/40268. As it is dual sim set but till yesterday i only use one sim in that. yesterday i purchase one more sim and use another slot then i came to know that this slot is not working.
when i go to service center and told my problem to them he tell me that its one pin not working and they consider it as physical damage.. and ask rs 800 for that
As a loyal customer of nokia i am facing this issue first time since i use nokia service from last 10 years. and now i realy appriciate your service once u consider my problem and look into this. So that i enjoy your set second sim service
