[Resolved]  Nokia India — handset not repaired nor recived back

Dear Concern, I had given for Nokia Lumia 620 handset, Serial / MEI No. [protected] for repairing to Nokia Care (Shree Balajee Enterprises(184_433527), B-7, Ist Floor, RDC Rajnagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.[protected] on 18.08.2014 Jobsheet no. 727..since them i am regularly following up with them, but till date i have not received my handset back. Meanwhile even Nokia care has also shifter to c-64 Rajnagar Ghaziabad. Every time when i visit the Nokia Care, i am asked to wait for some more time as the handset is send to H.O for repairing, Its been more than 03 months and i don't know the status. Please confirm is it the services (after sale) you people are offering to the customer..I 'll nevery suggest anybody to go for NOKIA Handset because of its poor after sale service.. I urge you to look into the matter and arrange the needful on priority to avoid escalation of any legal action. Amit Jain [protected]
