Nokia India — invoice issue | |||
We purchased mobile on nokia portal. I'm not able to download invoice from portal as it is coming invoice is not available. Even i escalated to nokia care in call / mail many times, still invoice is not received. As per process invoice should send to customer on the day of mobile delivery. It has been 13 days now after mobile delivered and invoice is not shared to customer nor available in portal for download.
