I place a repair order on[protected] about my screen and they took my mobile on[protected]. It's been 25 days now and they are not replying about status of my mobile. Two weeks ago they said that it was ready for dispatch and that they will post me when it is out for delivery. But till today there is no update about that on website and they even stopped replying my emails.

Updated by Vishnurevula After 25 days of posting a repair order they sent me quotation for screen repair of Rs.10000/- which is more than the cost of device itself.
Someone has to look into this issue.
I wonder How can the cost of Screen Replacement be more that the price of Whole Device itself. This is robbery. They are robbing consumers publicly.
