Nokia India — madhapur hyderabad based service centre refuse to fix defect in 6.1 plus bought 7 months ago | |||
I bought nokia 6.1 plus in august 2019. After 4 months i started facing charging problem and in feburary 2020 it stopped getting charged completely. After going to nokia authorized service centre in madhapur hyderabad with complete bill and warranty card they are charging money for the reppair which is in warranty. After asking for information they are saying there is water in device. Further asking for proof they are not giving any information. After sometime they take a glass of water inside there service room. Further asking for cctv footage they are not showing the cctv footage saying they have forgot email and password of their system. Finally they charged me 1000 rs. The whole incident took place at 6:30 pm on 21 march 2020 (Saturday). Was this information helpful? | |||
