When i went for the replacement of my nokia 7.1 charging port i was mistreated by the manager both at the care centre and also in the call. You can also check the call recordings. His name is t. Praveen kumar. He kind of harrassed me and also spoke bad words. This is the very first time where i felt ashamed of buying a nokia product. He should be fired and action should be taken against him.
