New purchase handset speaker not working, after recognize this problem I visited to respected shop where from I purchase the mobile but they can't do anything and suggested to me to visit nearby Service Center. When I visited to nearby service center those service center was closed. After two days I again visited to service center and register my complaint about my handset, but they told me to register my complaint to NOKIA customer care, so I call NOKIA service center but they told me, your replacement time period is laps so we can't replace your mobile. But what is our fault this time period is not mention in any where and service center was also closed for days i.e. 17th September & 18th September. So what should I do. I am not response for all about. There for I complaint to Consumer Forum for these mentally harassment from NOKIA Customer Care. My Complaint No. is 930538 in Consumer Forum.
