Dear sir,
I have purchased nokia 3310, on amazon in the month of feb2018. The phone had multiple issues since july2018 and now the phone is dead. I called the nokia customer care[protected] on 10thjuly2018, they said they would pickup of the device but till date the device is not collected. When ever i call them they have a standard statement that they will arrange the pickup of the device which is totally false. When i ask them to transfer the call to supervisor or next level manager they kept me on hold for 45mins and 55mins and disconnect the call, when i question them why is it taking that long they say their supervisors are busy on other calls. I finally reached to their busy supervisor over the call, he said he would he said he would arrange the pick up of the device in 3days which never happend as usual, the device is not picked up till date, to look at the genunity of this complaint the call is recorded under the ticket no. 517925, the agents talk to the me very sarcastically repeating the same sentence again and again frustrating the customer, i found the information the company that is supporting nokia call centre is gmd global.
Firstly i don't understand why a company like nokia does not have a service centre for featured phones, secondly, does the call center that they have appointed follow standard proceedures norms laid by the government to help the consumers, many question should be addressed by nokia for such failure in their service delivery system.
