[Resolved] Nokia India — my nokia phone problem not solved | |||
Hi I would like to mention first that why i felt the need to write a mail to this level. I am totally disspointed and frustated with my Nokia phone and mainly the response and solution that i have got from your various service centres. None of them have been able to address the problem even to sub satisfaction levels. Details: Nokia asha 200 IMEI : [protected] i having been facing a few problems. I have given it your service centres for more than 5 times. The phone, roughly has been at your centres for around 4 to 5 days total, if you can take a look at the history at your end.i paid rs 300 for updating software your service centres but the problem of hanging and switching off in between is existing and every time i am told that's its repaired and software problem, etc but STILL its the same.sattafs are told that amount is not refundable. so i am requesting that refund my amount rs 300 neither salve my problem of mobile . i hope you give better result.plese contact me to more. my details are given bellow PRAVEEN KUMAR M.E.(ALKEM LAB.
