Nokia India — negligence of the nokia care staff | |||
i had submitted my lumia 920 at gariahat nokia care, kolkata, w.b., as the touch was not working, on 29th september. they said that due to external damages (as there was an almost invisible crack at the top corner of the screen), this was happening, and that i needed to pay 10500 rupees for a new screen. we agreed. but that day, a few hours later they said, that the screen that they had with them wasn't working. so i left the phone with them. my warranty expired on 17th october, but they still didn't repair my phone. so, i took back my phone. however, when i tried to repair it outside, i came to know that my phone is having internal problems, (there is no external damage), due to which touch isn't working. the phone stayed in nokia care for around 17 days, but the staff didn't even care to check my phone once. if they had checked once, my phone would have been fixed by now, as it was within warranty. i have informed about this problem to customer forum too.
