Nokia India — Nokia 220 Display Defect

I have bought Nokia 220 within warranty period Nokia display ceased to work due to manufacturing defect. When I went to Nokia Care - Alambagh Centre (Lucknow) on 19th November. They told me it was not manufacturing defect it is due to water pouring which is not the case. they have asked me that I will have to spend about 1300 for new display system. I have submitted my phone to Ream Electronics on 19th September 2014. It is more than 2 months they are not able to deliver my phone. The service is pathetic. The employees of Nokia Care do look at all proffessional. My jobsheet no is[protected]/140919/021.look into this complaint urgently otherwise I will have to go to consumer forum. Anyways I am now never going to buy Nokia phone. Damage has already been done to Nokia brand. It is anyway dying to its death because of these non professional third party vendors.
