Sir, I am a resident of Alleppey town, Kerala and a constant user of Nokia mobile phone. I was always happy about your product and have received punctual and efficient service from your outlets. Recently I met with a bad experience from one of your dealer shop situated at Alleppey, Mullackal junction. 2 months back I purchased a Nokia 222 set (Model: RM-1136/NOKIA222DS, MONTH AND YEAR OF MANUFACTURE: 2015 DEC) from the above said shop. Now the End key and Call key is not working. I have contacted the shop and they told me that the set is to be replaced and they can do nothing with out bill. I have presented the mobile container box and other instruction sheets. Unfortunately I have lost the bill. I don’t know why they are so adamant about the bill. They know me very well and they remember about the sale. I didn’t expect such a bitter experience from your outlet. I bought the mobile for my mother and now the problem is that she couldn’t contact me on any urgency during my office time (I am a govt. Servant). So I would like to request you to please consider my case with urgency and replace the set. Awaiting for your valuable and speedy action. Was this information helpful? | |||
