[Resolved] Nokia India — Nokia 225 set not working properly after 5 days of purchase | |||
My father Sh R P Sood resident of Vill & PO Pathiar Teh & Distt Kangra (HP) India purchased a Nokia 225 mobile phone for Rs 3400 on 23/7/2014 from M/s Anand Parkash & Co, Opp Govt senior Secondary School, (BOYS) Nagrota Bagwan Distt Kangra HP. vide bill no 23802 dt 23/7/14 This phone developed a snag on 28/7/2014 as the sound of incoming calls was not audible.This mobile was tested with 3 different SIMS of different service providers but the defect persisted. As such the phone was returned to the seller on 30/7/14 at 11.00 AM who promised to get it checked and repaired at the Nokia service centre located at Dharamshala Distt Kangra (HP) But the mobile has not been repaired and returned to my father till date although the dealer had promised that the phone would be returned within 3-4 days. My father is a senior citizen aged 76 years and partially disabled. I would request you to direct the dealer to replace the defective set with a new set of the same model with immediate effect to ensure that my father does not have to endure any further mental tension and distress due to this trouble.
