Nokia India — nokia 230 dual sim has a defect of low sound during call.

Hi this is ravinder singh. I have brought a new nokia 230 dual sim mobile phone from hotspot in rdc raj nagar ghaziabad. The mobile has the problem of low sound during call.
I took it to the hotspot and submit it for checking. One week later the staff said that my phone will n replaced by nokia as the confermarion recieved by them.
But after the period of 20 days they return me the same phone with no issue solved. Now they are saying that nokia send the same mobile. And nokia refused to replace the mobile.
