Hi, currently I'm not able to download any apps from Play Store, it's showing Download pending. I don't is there any problems with my phone btw it's my new Nokia 5.1plus mobile so please help me to get out from this problem.

Product u have send me is not correct. I have order for nokia 1100 white and white colour. But u have send me black colour handset and not having proper charger and head phone. Please refund, I am having dissapointed about u r product. Don't do like this..
