I purchased a nokia 4.2 from your store at the igi airport, delhi on september 6, 2019 (Please find attached the bill with this mail). I turned on the phone to operate it as soon as i reached home on the same day and i have to inform you that the second sim slot hasn't worked since. I had only been advised against buying a nokia phone, but putting my trust in your company to be associated with the brand, i went ahead. I request you to look into it and provide me with a replacement. It is not acceptable that a newly bought piece has a factory defect. I'd be grateful if you do the needful as soon as possible.
