Nokia India — nokia 5 freezing issue | |||||
I purchased nokia 5 about 3 months back. Screen auto freezes and does not fixes after restarting device. It happens frequently. I went to nokia care. they reset the software. But it is not the permanent solution. I am using only WhatsApp but not other third party app. It is the worst phone I purchase in my life. I want the permanent solution without visiting nokia care every time and without spending any money i have already paid.
