Sir mera mobile original nokia charger se charge nahi hota or na hi care wale mere ko charger change kar ke de rahe hai mai charger se coutinous charging but do not charging my handset and my handset battery backup very short time. I every time contact customer service but does not solve my problems. Please resolve my problem

I purchased Nokia phone 1 week ago.the phone is heeting so much for using.i complaint in noika coustmercare in Noida sector 10.the behaver is too bad of the agent name Monu Khan..so my request is please solve this problem or give me new phone..

Hi team i purchase Nokia 1, 3 days before on 20 april 2018, with the name of brand NOKIA .. its a default phone. There is a chraging issue, i am not using data on that phone then to its coming 100 % to 0 % in 1, 2 hours.now i will never ever buy nokia and i will not recommend to anyone.
