Sim card tray found broken. Approached local care center at trivandrum 20 days back. The man in-charge told me that I had to pay for the service to which I had to agree. Please note that the device is under warranty. Even after this, He did not give me a sim tray saying that he was a expecting the courier from Nokia. i am yet to get a replacement till date. Nowadays he is not even attending the phoneq calls. Nokia helpline and chat support are not helping. Unable to use mobile Please help me resolve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
