I have been facing multiple issues with my nokia 6.1 plus mobile purchased on september 2018. Details are as below :
1) nokia mobile not charging - issue with charging port
2) before mobile stopped charging it used to charge extremely slow - takes 6-8 hours to charge 100% which is pathetic. Had asked flipkart for replacement within 10 days but no help from flipkart.
3) recently having screen blackout issue - wherein screen turns black/unresponsive suddenly. Can hear call tones and vibration but screen is just off. Need to restart mobile multiple times after which screen starts working. Facing same issue very often.
4) also having issues with touch and sometimes screen touch doesn't work properly.
I bought this mobile just 2 months back in september 2018 and facing so many issues. Went to service centre in bangalore and they said need we to deposit mobile for 20-25 days and so many issues can't be fixed at once as mobile i received seems to be a defective one.
Therefore i request you to provide me a replacement or refund for the same as i am facing multiple issues with this mobile and mobile not at all usable.
Nokia has been known for amazing hardware but not sure what went wrong with my mobile.
