I am prakhar agnihotri from mumbai and i had bought a nokia 6.1 plus on 6th of september 2018, there was a defect in the charging port that grew with days and i had to submit my phone in a service center in borivali, mumbai. Now it has almost been a month and i still haven't got my repaired device back. The defected part (Charging port) is not available or so the service center people tell me. I got in touch with nokia care and also filed a complaint on 5th dec but there is no resolution to this issue yet, nokia care have been ignoring my emails and have been promising a call back within 48 hours and neither have i received any call or nor have i been updated in regards to this issue, all they say is "we will get back to you". It is really hard for me to do my day to day tasks without a smartphone and it hurts specially when you've paid so much to buy a product and cant use it. Please look into this issue, nokia care is very irresponsible and ignoring. Customers deserve better. Was this information helpful? |
