[Resolved] Nokia India — nokia 6.1 plus online fraud | |||
I had preordered nokia 6.1 plus on the 21 of august from their site but once i finished payment through the gateway, i received a failure message. But the amount was deducted from my account. When i contacted support, they said that no order had been placed and that my issue has been escalated. Payu gateway confirmed that the payment was successful and provided me with the transaction id. But still nokia support kept saying that the relevant department will contact me. It has been more than a week and still no proper reply. They keep asking me to wait for 2 days every time i call. Worst customer support. I want my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I finally got the refund after 15 days. Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
