I have purchased this handset in august 2017 and in just a year it had gone for 4 times in service center. What is this? If the device has this much bugs why i am not getting replacement???

I have spent 15k for this mobile and not working even for a year. I just want to complain that company is not providing replacement even after this much problems.

My phone hang problem specially while incoming call. And some time display light not on at the time of incoming call. Sir it is relevant to mention here that I was updated my phone software in care two times but the problem is still same.
