1. Nokia received from amazon on 8th nov. 2017
2. The handset was defective, given at service center (K r k solutions, munnekolala, bangalore-560037) for repairing headset audio
Jack on 25 nov 2017. But by mistake they have replaced screen and back panel with some other defective old set having lot of scratches and they agreed to replace with originals
3. 21st dec2017.: they replace with both the defective parts (Not seems to be original) but created new problem of touch screen, which was not working properly (Automatically touch screen was working). Again they kept the set for mother board issue and agreed to replace the set with new one
4. 3rd jan 2018 : we received a set (Not new) but an assembled one with different imei number and back panel logo also different from original. They came night 10.30 handed over the set left the place without taking the service job sheet (From 25th nov to jan 3rd 2018 the serving center kept the phone with them)
5. After that we continuously tried noika care by phone and mail to resolve the issue but nothing is materialized till today
6. And again in sept 2018 screen of the set started coming out, approached same service center and rectified the issue but developed new problems, like 1) low ring volume 2) proximity is not working properly 3) finger scanning device not working properly and battery is not getting charge
7. Till today the hand set is with service center only
8. We have wasted a lot of money, time and energy towards this but not received any acceptable/ favorable action from noika or from their service centre
