As i received mobile on 30 september 2018 Nokia 6.1 plus blue color.. As i found several issues in mobile... Camera quality is not good.. Speaker issue : when i playing songs getting disturbance sounds in the mobile Battery backup is not there... When i see a movie, battery back up is reducing fastly... Most important problem is display... I kept my mobile aside at after noon date 1 october 2018 time 12.30pm I found a black screen on display at two place's 1. At top right side corner 2. Left middle of mobile.. As i discussing with nokia care They are saying simply no return will accepted... Just go to local service center and clear your problem... Above conversation done through email... Customer care number is not responding, i am trying from 2 days onwards : every time saying all lines are busy.. +2 photos Was this information helpful? Oct 01, 2018 Updated by Vinaykumar531 Again I got another problem ... See the screen shot it should be having black spots on left side of middle of mobile 2. On top right corner, battery & tower signal not showing Main problem is I am trying to calling Nokia customer care. Not able to connect to your service..
