My nokia 7 plus purchased om may 17th, 2018 developed a problem with a charging port in march 2019. Got it replaced under warranty. But it failed again in may 2019. The service centre advised me to manage with it until the port is available and asked me to contact them in 2 weeks, since i was going back to saudi, agreed with them to visit in july on my return. Now i am told the charging port is still not available and since my warranty expired in may 17th. No option left to repair or replace. Please help to resolve the issue. My telephone no. Is [protected] and imei # is [protected]. I chatted with nokia support and rahul suggested i leave my device with the service centre and provide the job number. It is very ridiculous to take 10-15 days to repair the mobile.
Please look into the matter.
