We purchased a new nokia lumia 535 on 25 December 2014 but after 3 days its screen disappeared, this is very disgusting for us that such a new model you launched a month ago not working. We submitted at your nokia care centre on 29 of december 2014 but till today we have not recieved any call or status of my mobile.kindly replace and send a new mobile in place of it. after spending a amount 9, 200 I am still have no mobile. what type of product you have launched ?
