Jobsheet Number:[protected]/141020/005 Complain Ticket: 1-[protected] I had submitted my phone on 20/10/2014 to Nokia Care for Repair (under warranty). All they say is that the phone has not been dispatched out from the Factory as it is in the status of Awaiting Parts. If parts are not available why sell the phone in the first place. I This is the 3rd/4th Time I have submitted my phone because of Slow speed / Hanging & Camera Issue. 2nd time for Background / Audio Noise & Camera. The phone is giving me issues again and again. Its been almost 20days and I still don't have my phone back. I am sure that even after the repair it will give me issues. Poor service & support from Nokia Care. I need a replacement ASAP.
